| The Ebb Tide Art Gallery was started in 1984 when a group of local artists decided they would like to sell their artwork year round rather that just a few times a year at shows. We are the oldest cooperative gallery in Gig Harbor. Some of our founding members are still with the Gallery.
The gallery is brightly lit and welcoming and the artists' works
are displayed on attractive glass shelves and along the walls.
Located in Picturesque downtown Gig Harbor
with its historic waterfront
winding along the west side of Gig Harbor Bay. This
area has numerous shops, galleries, banks, a drug store, hardware store, inns, marinas, waterfront parks and several fine
restaurants.
Our artists work in a wide variety of media, including pottery, jewelry, mobiles, watercolors,
oils, pastels, acrylics, photography, fused glass and wood turning, promising that the gallery will have something to appeal to all tastes.
The co-op is made up of around 20 artist-members and our non-profit gallery is completely volunteer-run by the members, from staffing the gallery to screening new artists who wish to join.
